You were not getting email as you didn’t configure email template at Admin Menu Downloads Subscribers Email Template tab. Now I’ve configured it, you may change logo. I’ve tested and received email.

You can disable bootstrap js from wpdm settings to resolve the conflict.

Is it possible to do a bulk import of files that are within the Box repository and populate packages with their Box link in place?

If you upload/import files in your server, you won’t need box link, but if you want to link all box files, only way is csv import, place all link in csv files and import, but if file name change, box will generate different link for that file and you need to use that with your csv file, there is not other way.

Got it now, actually you only will be able to use multiple email in global settings for now, however we shall activate multiple email for package specific settings too in next update.

You can control it from link template, you need to use <a href="[download_url]" target="_blank">[link_label]</a>.
