Now we used embedded iFrame viewer for PDF preview. But alternative option is still pending for next update which will be available within next month.

It was happening for your cache plugin, I added rule \?nocache.* to exclude the request form cache.

If your license is expired, you will see an expired button here http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/purchases/ However, in our latest renewal campaign, there was a minor issue. Few users with valid license support and update period also received the mail. If you don’t see a renewal button in your purchases page, please ignore the mail.

Check your fronend uploaded page, it should have [wpdm_frontend] shortcode. Click update button to update the page ( This fixes permalink issue ). Now check in frontend, if frontend tabs still not working, please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply.
