when you are using external url, download isn’t controlled by wpdm. However, please give me the url to check the issue.

Ok, got it now, we didn’t add order by title in dropdown, however we shall add it with the next update of the add-on.

It you are using remote url, then download or open, will totally depend on hosting server. You need to upload file using wpdm or attach from from same server using server file browser to control the open or download operation.
player is working fine, but process bar issue sometimes may happens due to your server but still time progress is also showing fine..
Sorry for the confusion, it is ok now, the download link was not working as your server was not recognizing $_GET parameter in package url.
