You need another license if you want to use DM on both sites at the same time. But you can test in dev site and later move the license to production. In latter choice, we have to unlock the license from dev site when you move to production.

Did you lock the package with Email Lock? How are you showing the download now? Please send me a link to check.
You can show download button using custom link template and you can also skip the details page if you insert the download using a link template.

1. Guest orders page, where the user is redirected after payment is a designed to serve download for all guest users. So, we need the order info ( email and order id ) to find the file current guest ordered. Right after the payment ( guest checkout ) we fill the order id automatically. But user can download the item later using same order id ( which is mailed to the user )
2. Yes, you can skip the registration process. Edit the email template as it fits your need. We do not have email editor in Premium Packages yet. But you can change email content from /wpdm-premium-packages/templates/email-templates/wpdm-pp-new-order-guest.html file.

No file has been attached to the package, it is an empty package. That’s why it is responding with download-not-available.txt I attached a file in one of your package (Photo Myanmar ) and download worked as usual.

Optimus theme Homepage uses a predefined template like the demo. If you don’t want to use the default homepage template, we have to delete the template file first. Let me know if that’s what you want. Send FTP info in private reply in that case.

Yes, you can edit ‘Subscribe to Download’ text using wpdm_email_lock_heading filter.

Hi,
Downloads are working fine. You set the package access rights only to Singer user role. Any user who doesn’t have Signer role, can’t access the package. After setting All Visitors in allow access field for a package, download worked as usual.
So, you have to set All Visitors in allow access field if you want all user to be able to download files.

Your theme has it’s own Bootstrap css and js, which was conflicting with WPDM’s Bootstrap. Disabled WPDM Bootstrap from Settings Basic. Now everything okay.

Download Manager category URL base conflicted with the url of the page. After changing category URL from settings page is loading as usual.

Verified your key. Issue generated by your Podamibe Appointment Calendar plugin. It hides all tab content without any using plugin specific prefix.

Ask them to use prefix in css or disable the plugin.
Looks like some kind of php error occurred in second page. Please send me the php error log , it will help to pinpoint the issue.
