No, there is no option to set link template there. Although you can use you modify the table using your own template ( /download-manager/tpls/wpdm-all-downloads.php ) for this shortcode.

1 ) It was an old feature of Advanced Access Control add-on which has been removed long ago. The product page doesn’t enlist this a feature.

2 ) If someone is assigning a file access to a specific user, Isn’t it safe to assume that he knows the username? That’s why we used the username in that field instead of a select dropdown of thousands of users. However, we will add the user drop-down in our to-do list for the future release of AAC.

You are using an old version of PHP. WPDM latest version requires PHP >= 5.4

Please ask your server support to update PHP version. That should fix this issue.

1 ) yes, possible. You can use a custom template for frontend upload where you can allow only the roles you want. Template Customization Doc.

2 ) No, it is not possible to build custom role using AAC. But there are lots of role manager plugins in wp.org, you can use any of them to create custom roles.

Sorry, Not clear. Do you want to set featured image of a package from WPDM TinyMCE add-on ( Quick add tab )? That feature is not available yet.

Download Manager files are not simple file URLs because it applies access settings on the package.

It is possible but custom coding is required to open WPDM files in lightbox.

You can try WPDM Search widget if you want to use core search feature.

I see your files are attached as URL. Renaming is not possible in this case.

Also this is not related csv import. Keep you files under /wp-content/uploads/download-manager-files dir first. When importing csv you just have to write the filename under files column. Renaming should work after that.

This shortcode is coming from Archive Page add-on. So, you have to install the add-on first to make the shortcode work.

Archive Page add-on performing a regular WP Query here. But Relevanssi plugin is modifying the query. So, if there is any fix it has to be from Relevanssi side. Please ask the plugin author about the issue.

Download Manager plugin doesn’t have its own archive page template. It uses theme’s archive page when there is no archive template available for the wpdmpro post type.
