Removed the [#img_logo#] from General Email Template to remove the logo from message area. If you want to remove the Facebook/Twitter URL please use the Blue template.

Please try again. It should work now. This is not a plugin issue. It was a temporary issue in the server side API.

Fixed the message content issue and removed the image button. Edited line no 94 in /download-manager/admin/class.WordPressDownloadManagerAdmin.php. There is no other option yet to replace the image button.

The logo URL was incorrect in your template setting. I have updated the URL now the logo is showing correctly in the email.

Are you testing on the same package? If it is working for one email address then it should work with any active address. Please check your spam folder too to be sure.

Also, did you the latest version of Download Manager?

The bootstrap button is coming from Button Templates add-on. Maybe it is not active on your test site.

Does those language files have the Spanish translations? If those are translated files then placing those files there should be enough. If those are empty files you have to make the translated version using the download-manager.pot file. You can use the Po Edit ( https://poedit.net/ ) for that.
