You have 2 options when someone doesn’t have access to the package.

1 ) Show a custom message. Set the message from Settings Basic Messages Permission Denied Message for Packages

2 ) Completely hide the package. Set ‘Hide Everything’ in Settings Basic Access Settings When user is not allowed to download option to activate this.

You can use a different loader by replacing the current one from /download-manager/assets/images/loader.svg

Set featured image for your pacakge. Then the circle on the modal header will show it.

Do you want to use single download link for multiple pacakge and apply the email lock on that link? File Cart add-on allows a user to add files from various packages and download all file later from the cart using a single download button. It does have the email link option but doesn’t apply the email lock.

Clear the browser cache to fix the big thumbnail style. We have updated the dashboard style but your browser is loading the old style which is breaking the UI. Clearing browser cache should fix it.

In the latest version of the archive page add-on, we moved the category button from top to the left. So, it is not possible to use the old view in the current version without template customization. But it seems many users including you prefer the old style. So, we are releasing a new version soon after adding the old category button style.

Please check you have the /uploads/wpdm-cache/ directory on your server. Create the wpdm-cache folder in /wp-content/uploads/ directory if it doesn’t exist. Or send temporary admin login info in private reply. I will check the issue there.

Which shortcode are you using there? Most Download Manager shortcode supports alphabetical ordering.

Looks like there is a conflict of multiple font awesome versions. Please check if another plugin is loading an older version of Font Awesome. Or just send temporary admin login info in private reply. I will check the issue there.

PDF Thumb requires ImageMagick extension to generate the thumbnails. Please ask your server support to install it. That should fix the issue.

It is not a bug. The plugin is designed in that way. A file can be associated with more than one package that’s why we don’t delete files when a package is deleted.

However, you can utilize the code suggested here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/support/topic/delete-files-when-deleting-package/ to delete files when deleting a package. But, not possible yet to delete a file when removing it from the pacakge.

Unlocked the license key from the old domain. You can use it on your new one.
