Please check now. Image lazy load option was creating JS error in the page, after deactivating it frontend post working now.

Yes, you have to create a folder named download-manager inside your active theme folder. Then create another folder named checkout-cart inside the new download-manager folder. Place the customized checkout-billing-info.php in checkout-cart folder. Coding knowledge is required to do this kind of stuff. Otherwise, you might break the plugin.

Hi,

Do you mean you want to set the access for all files from a single place? It is possible using the Default Values add-on https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-default-values/ It can set default values for all package settings. And can bulk update settings of all old packages.

Do you have access to the database? If yes, then just delete all entries of wp_ahm_emails table.

The other option is adding the following code to your fuctions.php file and then visit this URL ( added &task=delete-all at the end of URL in subscribers page ) wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wpdmpro&page=wpdm-subscribers&task=delete-all

Hi,

Currently, The email validation is not possible in the way you explained above. But there is a workaround. You can use the MailChimp add-on ( https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/mailchimp-subscription/ ) to push email address to a MailChimp list. Then activate the double opt-in. Now, the email address will be added to the list only after getting confirmation from the user. So, only real addresses are added to the list.

Hi,

You don’t need custom fields to get user agreement. The “Terms and Conditions” lock does exactly what you want. Enable the lock from Package Settings Lock Options To know who accepted the terms enable the email lock too. You can see all collected email addresses from Downloads Subscribers page.

Custom Fields added in Quick Forms are available as extra form fields in email lock.

Custom Fields added from Downloads Custom Fields page as used in add/edit package page to collect custom data associated with package. Use the Template Tag: in your custom template to show the custom data that you set in add/edit package page. The PHP code is intended for PHP templates not WPDM Link/Page templates.

No, ACF doesn’t support checkout billing form. But you can use a custom template for billing checkout to modify the form. We will add the option to modify the Profile fields using ACF soon, this is still a beta feature.

Just deactivate and delete free version before installing Pro. That doesn’t delete any data. Any way, let me know if still need help with the update process.
