Hello,

Please follow these steps to update the plugin,
1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.

The auto-update has been temporarily disabled due to a huge server load. We will reactive it soon.

Yes, it is possible, Replace WPDM_MENU_ACCESS_CAP with edit_pages in /download-manager/admin/menus/class.BulkImport.php file.

You can use Lightshot, FastStone software for making the screenshot. Upload it here https://imgbb.com/upload and copy your img src URL, and then use here IMG option for giving the reference of the image.
