3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.

The auto-update has been enabled for the latest version.

1. If you use the shortcode for your downloading files, it will work only within your site.

2. The files are stored in wp-content\uploads\download-manager-files, why are you want to change the path?

3. Yes, it is a fully translatable plugin, you can use the Russian language too.
