You are using an old version of WPDM, can you please update it and also there are lots of plugins those are also very old version, can you please check them enabling/disabling. I hope you will find solved your problem with these steps.

If you are want to give download limit any package you can set it globally for roles and in the related package settings. And for template tag, you have to place it properly in your template files

Your problem has been solved. It was making conflict with WPDM – Image Button add on which is deprecated in our version. I have disabled it, now it is working. Please press CTRL + F5 for the cache and refresh the page.

If you have already uploaded files, they will remain in wp-content\uploads\download-manager-files and after deleting there, the files will be removed fro the related package.

I have adjusted your menu issue from the Downloads > User Interface > Selecting Boostrap 3. now it has been fixed. however, for the download limit, you can set the download limit for any role as you wish, otherwise, you can make it deactivate for unlimited download.

I have checked the issue. it was getting by default download limit:0. I have set it 20, now it’s working If you are using the add on please set the value with the related role for the download limit. otherwise, you can also deactivate it.
