Hi,

For archive page shortcode [wpdm-archive button_style="default" link_template="link-template-default" items_per_page="10" order_by="date" order="asc" ] you can set order_by="date" order="asc" for date order.

and for giving access for a particular user for a particular page you can use this add on, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wp-pro-membership/.

If you are using https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/advanced-access-control/ this add on, you will find an option as I image attached.

when you will update the package, the selected members will notify via email.

Hi,

Anyone facing this problem, Please follow these steps to update,
1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.

The auto-update has been enabled for the latest version.

I can’t able to switch to the John Smith user. Though once I was able to switch to the user, I can’t able to see the Dashboard option in the top bar on the site. Please check and let me know.

I have checked it. It is your theme that making the conflict, I have switched to the other theme. Then the additional preview images are shown. Please provide your FTP credentials for checking which script making the conflict in your theme.

I think you meant from Dashboard > Home, but I have seen the same interface enabling/disabling the WPDM plugin.

When you are using a plugin like live forms, gravity form, contact form. please place a field like an email address, then when the user puts the email, the download link will be served to the user given email. Thus, he/she will be able to download.

If you found any issue before purchasing, you should see the demo. and for any default customization, you can knock here, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=upgrade. because the icon which you are talking about to change is the default behavior of the shortcode. for any customization, you can knock the provided link. and conflicting with your other plugin have to check the corresponded plugin which is making the conflict.

For #1 it should work, if you are using Pro WPDM, you have also access for creating page templates/ link templates and there also the preview button.
and For #2 and #3 subcategories and Allow Access also should work. if possible, Please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking.
