Hi,

Are you talking about download-manager-files files from wp-content\uploads. if it is, you can also try deleting from Asset Manager. please let me know.

and as your requirements, you want the radio check button for multiple files, however, when form-lock is enabled select option for multiple files get disabled. And I am getting from your site this warning Please activate "Zlib" in your server for downloading. please activate it.

You can check it by uploading it to the media library and then giving the URL path here. And also you can make icons in the default format, put it in the file-type-icons folder and then select them.

If you have purchased a single domain WPDM pro, please remove your old site from linked sites in the license option, and a new one. and please try logout/login again from your site for activating the license.

I have managed the sidebar category showing on the page. But it is not expanding the subcategory, there might be a small conflict anywhere in your theme. I have to recognize it. I will try tomorrow for the expanding issue.

Please try to logout/login again, it may help you. also, you may try these steps,

1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.

To enable the auto-update, login to your WPDM account from Downloads > Settings > Updates tab
