Nayeem Riddhi

Hi,

I have made a test package and it is working fine, https://quizstorm.app/download/wpdm-test/, the font is not viewable because of your theme color or adjustments.

and for @jorencommunications,

Please follow these steps for now,

1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Use a good file manager or FTP or asset manager option for uploading the plugin zip
4 ) Extract it in your plugins folder and activate from the plugins dashboard menu panel

Thus, it will help you. sorry for this inconvenience for now.

Thanks.

Hi,

For pages or posts, you can use the package shortcode. you just have to copy the package shortcode and put it there blog posts or news similar.

thanks.

I have checked your theme. also, there are 27 plugins installed on your site. can you please check them by disabling one by one. please let me know if it helps you for the conflict with other plugins.

Thanks.

Yes Simon, it can also be for that. but I have also tried separately.

Thanks.

Hi,

Can you mention here which categories are not filtering correctly?

Thanks.

I have checked from basic only math and age-7-9 selecting. but it is not working. you know others are working. I have also checked the roles of permission for categories. anyways, I shall try to give more time for fixing those categories, if I have. Btw, you can also check the category slug renaming.

thanks.

It is weird that others are working but these categories AND operator is not working. I think WordPress not getting this, also can be conflict.

Thanks.

Checking again…

Hi,

Sorry for getting into the back, you can do it by using Gutenberg Block add on and the category card block. and finally, there is required https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-directory-add-on/ this add on for this. if you have any confusion you can ask more queries.

Thanks.

Yes, [file_list] will show single files for multiple files and the main download link will be zipped for all single files.

Thanks.

Hi,

Your password is not working. please check before providing.

Thanks again.

Hi,

If I get you your first issue is play and pause option for audio and for the second if I click download option for a single file, it doesn’t download the multiple files rather than a single file. please let me know or you can also elaborate your query more.

Thanks.

Hi,

It has been saying Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

please check.
