Sorry for back late to you. However, the issue has been solved. It was related to your site protocol HTTP and HTTPS, it was before HTTP in the general settings as I image attached, now I have changed it to HTTPS, for HTTP it was blocking for redirecting page.

Now everything is working fine.

The only shortcode [wpdm_category] will not be worked. It is causing because of the latest version of WordPress 5.5, so it was needed the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin for working temporarily. it is working now. soon, we are updating the add on.
