After that try to update again. Hope that it will work for you.

I can’t able to create a testing package, can you check if there any conflicts remained within your theme/plugins, the package settings have been frozen, can’t move one option to other, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, moreover you can also switch theme to other for checking, please then let me know
