please simply click the save settings again for license key option from settings, that will regenerate the access token. Finally, go to plugins page and update will work fine this time

Sorry for the inconvenience, from v3+ old template files may not work, but now you have to copy new template files /src/Templates/[TMPL]/views/ dir, please check, I think it will work then
