Please try to adjust from Downloads > Settings > User Interface enabling/disabling style/script, also you can switch bootstrap version for checking if it gets resolved

Which add-on is in under version 2.8.7, please let me know, and for [wpdm_category] please use this shortcode, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/short-codes/wpdm_packages-wp_query-in-a-shortcode-for-download-manager-packages/, you will get the same and more extended feature with this shortcode

Archive add-on shortcode interface working fine here, https://motorline.pt/wpdm-test/, but package loading is spinning, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch theme to other for checking, please let me know then
