For adjusting the picture of the user, If the user registered email profile image is signed up with https://gravatar.com, then it will get automatically for the profile image, I hope you have understood. BTW, glad to hear that your problem has been resolved, let me know, if you have more queries

I think I have understood your issue, for editing document-tag/case-law/ or similar tag pages, you can create taxonomy-wpdmtag.php file, and then you can edit as your own requirements. please let me know, if it works for you

That error message means you were either declined for using PayPal Pro via Rest API(the ability to process direct credit card payments). I would suggest contacting PayPal support to have the review. Moreover, it can be your credits aren’t correct. please contact, in this case, PayPal directly
