I have checked that, [wpdm_my_downloads login=1] is working fine with the shared role, and for package download button hide with the free version is also working from your side too. If you are trying When a user is not allowed to download: Hide Everything, that is possible only in the PRO version. I hope you have understood. please let me know if you have other queries

I hope it will give you a lightbox functionality that will return all attached Additional Image thumbnails With specified width ( W ) and height (H) If available, every thumbnail will be Linked with original Image. But as you know we have also such plugin as woo-commerce, https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpdm-premium-packages/, here you have also features like cart, checkout, and purchases with the various payment methods.
