I have checked that there are many plugins installed on your site. I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking. please check and let me know.

Sorry for the inconvenience and for the confusion. My Downloads section is associated with WPDM – Advanced Access Control and it will work for those packages shared with certain users who have been logged in. Previously, I was told it was working, because here, it was conflicted within a plugin. I hope you have understood now.
For now, the My Downloads section will provide you only the packages shared with certain users. I hope you have understood.
