Sorry again. I have checked that with some CSS the subject section is not hideable. The subject section is a required portion of the modal body. It requires core code edit for this requirement, I hope you have understood.

For the Subscription expiration date issue, I have been informed by our team developers that, it is because the wp pro membership checks subscription status when a subscriber logs in, those subscriptions still show active as none of those subscribers logged in after the expiration date.
