I think the CSV file is not totally prepare for importing into convertkit tool or you may have to edit column or row data of the exported CSV matching for importing into your service. This shortcode [wpdm_user_profile] downloads section lists all packages downloads which are created by the user. It means lists all packages by an author. And if you are trying to get a page dedicated to the user with the list of all the downloads that have been assigned to him, you can do with Advanced Access Control addon and this shortcode
