I have found the issue. The conflict disappears when switching the theme to another theme. I think from your active theme there is a script that makes the conflict. I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme style/scripts. Am I able to enable/disable other plugins for checking, also may need switch theme to another for checking. Or you can also check this operation. please check and let me know.

If your files are showing attached for the packages. please check your files are available or not on that directory. I have checked your issue. The CSV file from Subscribers should work fine. You can remove the date column from your exported CSV file, because, it is not a mandatory column for importing into convertkit. Thus, I hope it will resolve your issue. please check and let me know.

Manually uploaded WPDM attached files are generally stored in the wp-content/uploads/download-manager-files directory. However, cloud storage attached files attach as for download link not upload to the wp-content/uploads/download-manager-files directory.
