Looks like the problem with your theme that is not compatible with the wpdm plugin function. Why would the theme put the wpdmpp_currency_sign() function of the plugin into the theme file?
There is a possibility that the theme is making static sites with the function code which generates the sign in the frontend.

Can you look for details code? is there anything else.

Seems like the folder that contains the download manager files are missing. Try creating a new folder in the upload directory name download-manager-files, so the path will be wp-content/uploads/download-manager-files. Make the permission of the folder 755. And create a .htaccess file in the folder and put the following code.

RewriteEngine On
<Files *>
Deny from all
</Files>

Hi,
If you are using Advance CSV importer to import files, then you can set WPDM:access value as the access column of CSV file subscriber.

Or you can use bulk import field to select the registered user to access package only while importing. You can use the simple.csv as demo and put subscriber in the access column for all package.

Now, The user required login before downloading the package. But if you have already uploaded it you can try removing and re-uploading the csv. or you can use default values for all package with this addon.

and for showing login form go to /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wpdmpro&page=settings settings option and from message section of the page check the Show Only Login Form Instead of Login Required Message checkbox to show login form.

There is a possibility that your uploaded file is not created in the wp-content->uploads->download-manager-files directory.

Have you checked the package created with frontend? Do the files are available inside the package in edit mode?

If not uploaded successfully, then there might be a problem with the .htaccess file, which should be created at that directory.

And,
you can edit your email front wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wpdmpro&page=templates&_type=email this email template page.

currently, you can’t set specific category access for specific user role in the frontend uploader. By you can do this manually by editing the template file. You can use this function to check for user access to category and then show the category name.

The downloads don’t work because both of your old and new sites have the same amount of package of 7 pdf files. Now, in which package the download not working has no files.

Have you total 1200+ packages with 7 files? there must be many more files missing from old server? or you are using files from drive or s3?
