Hi,

Sorry for late reply. I have tested the CSV file at my end. The imports work fine without any error. Can you send the package which in imported blank or wrong?
The CSV file does not contain enough data that you provided.

Hi,

Sorry, The plugin doesn’t support the overwrite in bulk import. It just imports all the packages list from CSV. As you want to bulk edit you can check this action to integrate with 3rd party plugin.

Yes, You can upload multiple files. Also, they will be packed as zip and cached for future downloads automatically by package.

You can use jquery to check the click function. Then reload the page or increase the count.
Also, We have default download limit with the package settings. Do you have the issue with that option?

Hi,

You can have the pro version with update and support license for one year. But if the period expired you can always have the older version up and running on your website. But you can’t have the latest updates and support after that time.

If you unchecked the option Cache created zip file from multi-file package then the cache zip should not be created.

We use the WordPress settings date format. So in order to change this, you need to update the settings of WordPress. And we don’t have this feature with the shortcode.

Hi,

Invalid license key shows when the domain is changed. Can you please send the license key in private reply to unlock it.

For now, you can download the latest version from Dashboard and upload it via FTP or delete the old plugin and install the latest one.

what version of wpdm are you using?

Did you check with the ftp that the files for packages that stored in uploads/download-manager-files/ folder exists? Does the folder has 644 permissions? if the folder has no htaccess file please create and paste this.

Seems like your downloads are working fine. And there is no password lock in the package. As I checked several packages. We will look into this. But there will be no default password in the package if it not been set.

Hi,

You can use templates file of wordpress downlaoad manager to modify it. for this go to the Downloads Templates and clone the existing template that you are using. and put the css color: black in the div the table is showing.

Or you can do little css change to your theme css file.
