Can’t access the page. seems like there is a problem with your theme.

And file not found occurs when the package not contains any file for download. Please check the package, which is giving the error file not found.

Hi,

You do not need to protect directories from the server. You can show a password protected or members only page to the users. If you create a package you can set access to the package settings. So only the allowed users can download the package file.

Hi,

The download count for any package only increments for the first download for a real user. It does not increase for multiple downloads from the same user.

Hi,

You can set the Content Visibility from the membership settings advance. That’s will only block the download URL. Now you can set access to different plans to different categories and put packages under that categories.

Now the shortcode is showing different buttons levels, its the default features.

If the user is not the specific membership level they can’t download the package. Also for the download limit, if they cross the limit they need to upgrade the membership.
