That issue was already marked as resolved so I opened a new topic as I have been instructed to do in the past. That issue was solved. This is a new one related to Wistia and Vimeo videos. Would love it if someone can look into this issue and please respond.

Yes, as mentioned previously, you may find the original thread to be helpful for the background of the issue. I stopped receiving responses there, so I opened a new topic.

Here is some of the important history from that thread:

Shahjada (Aug 18, 2022): There is actually no option for previewing multiple ppt file yet, [doc_preview] will show only first file preview. However, we have noted it for implementation.

Shahjada (Oct 20, 2022): Hi, sorry for the delayed reply, we are working on it, please allow us a few more days.

Yes, you’ll find the entire chain in the previous topic linked above. When using PDF viewer using multiple PPT or Doc files in a package, no preview displays, just the dropdown to switch between documents.

Checking in again…it’s been almost another month. Really needing a resolution to multiple PPT/Doc files not previewing. I’ve been promised this was almost completed several times.

Thank you, but when I go to my dashboard, “Download Notification” is not there. This was originally completed as a customization, so I have no plugin file in my account to download the latest version.

Checking in again. Is the viewing of multiple files still coming for future implementation? I’ve got a lot of packages using multiple PPT, DOCX and XLS files and they are not previewing properly with PDF viewer which is giving my site users a poor experience.

Hi Shahjada. We are using version 6.2.6, but Wistia videos don’t appear to be supported still. For example, here is a package that I am using both our old embed format (just so it isn’t missing a video on a live page) and also the Wistia link as you have suggested we handle these. So, it should be displaying the video twice on the page and it isn’t.

MiniOrange was able to adjust their plugin to accommodate. Looks like WPDM and MiniOrange were trying to use the same hook which was causing a conflict. Thanks for the assistance.

Hi Shahjada,

This error began occurring around the time that the “pending approval” addition to WPDM. We haven’t modified anything in MiniOrange and it had worked perfect previously.

Our Chief Technology Officer think it looks like when miniOrange is still provisioning and assigning a role to the user as it should, Download Manager is looking for something associated to the user account and when the user is half-provisioned it doesn’t like what is returned and bombs out.

Are you sure there’s nothing that can be modified within WPDM to fix this issue? Sorry, I’m not a developer and am really grasping at straws to find a solution because I’m not sure who to turn to.
