Currently, there is NO default registrationon our website, ONLY membership sign-ups. It doens’t seem to change with every new user, either. I’m unsure how to test it.
Yes. I understand. The problem is that that particular admins first and last name are being repeatedly overwritten by the names of new users. This is an admin account and it is NOT being changed by the owner of the account.
Yes I understand. As I said in my original post I said “One of my admin’s names keeps getting overwritten by new user’s names”. I was referring to the First and Last name getting overwritten. Usernames have been fine.
When people fill out the custom fields on registration, where do those responses get stored? How can I find and analyze the data from the custom fields? On the backend it looks like the people that have responded don’t get their responses stored https://prnt.sc/SbgxQTgmXz-9
Where do the quick form responses go when someone signs up? I did a test. If I go to the test user I can see the options to select those form options but I’d like to see a spreadsheet or something of all user responses.
I was able to find and edit these! Quick question: I removed the “Already have an account?” box and saved. Then, I realized I didn’t save the code snippets in case I ever wanted to put it back in. Is there a way to reset the files or find them available somewhere?
It appears that that is for the regular login forma and not for signing up in the Membership Pro Plugin. WOuld you please direct me? I see a WPProMembership folder, but I’m not certain where to go from there
