Is the form lock plugin new or included in another plugin? I’m tryignt to figure out what happened. I don’t remember deleting it. I will; reinstall now and update

Yes, sorry, things get busy and task fall off of my radar. Basically, I set up custom fields that people fill out when they register for a membership on my website (livingroomconversations.org) but the answers are not saved anywhere that I can find. I use the memberships pro plugin from you guys. When I check our member’s profiles on the backend nothing is saved. So I turned it off for now but I would like to have sustom questions when people first register.

The email lock is functioning correctly, it is only when people are joining/registering
I have the WP Membership Plugin.
When people sign up for the membership they are automatically added to MailChimp.
Instead of Their First name and Last name pulling in properly, it pulls their username in as both first and last name.
It is with membership sign-up, not a package.

No, I’d like the image to just be the size that it is but centered
I realize that my staging website has older images. I updated the image on the staging15.livingroomconversations.org/download/communicating-with-care/ page. THe image is still left aligned.
