Can I be connected with Tahasin? I don’t feel like we are making progress and I don’t feel like this problem shoud be ongoing. The new user seemed to be unable to actually create an account and so the name overwrote.

But it does, that is the problem. The username is unique and when other users sign up they are also using a unique username. It is the First and Last Name that is getting overwritten not the username or email. The user that has their first and last name overwritten is and ADMIN account that is in my control, I know that no one is changing the name. It has to be something to do with the sign up, which is happening through WPDM Meberships Pro. The first and last name is being overwritten by the new users first and last name.

Can you please send this issue to the team, it is not a good issue to have.

Currently, there is NO default registrationon our website, ONLY membership sign-ups. It doens’t seem to change with every new user, either. I’m unsure how to test it.
