Yes, I see the IP address now. Thank you!
Thank you! I was able to access what I needed for now by doing a full export, but that is quite large for everyday exports
I have used the WordPress export to get the information I needed at this time. Thank you.
I have that set up, specifically for Colorado, and it does not change once the USA/CO is selected.
The buttons, invoice, logout, and billing info are all very close together. Overall, we’d like a little more breathing room between the content.
Does this work with a purchase as well as a free download? I want people to make a purchase and then receive an email with a direct download link rather than dealing with the ‘guest order’ form?
I am still loking for an answer to this question. Can I set a featured image size?
Please share how to do this in the pro version!
Would you please share how to do this in the pro version?
Ok, thank you. I think that you may be misunderstanding my question. On our pages they use the default template which looks like this: https://livingroomconversations.org/download/bias/
THe image is displayed rectangularly. If I upload a square image of a person their head will get cut off. Is there an optimum image size ie. 200x400px or aspect ratio that I can use to upload featured images that will look nice?
Yes, I understand. If that is not edited, what is the image size that is default?
Please provide an update. We have time sensitivity to getting our files uploaded and have begun to do them manually. As we paid for the pro membership to avoid this, I have a lot of frustrations.
Hi Tanvir,
Any updates regarding this issue?
That’s great; we will be looking forward to the update.
Hi Tanvir,
Unfortunately, we still having issues importing bulk files in the download manager. I have all the files imported into the site as you recommended. Here is the spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/10-2-_Wt6QKflpROWyezyv5I0NGoweg51XNNT-bvgFQ0/edit#gid=0 and this is what it looks like after importing: https://snipboard.io/QsflWM.jpg.
OK. I will take your word. When the links are used, the PDFS open into a new window where you can choose to download or not. Without them, the download happens automatically. Can we have it where it opens in a new window first?
I have done some exploring. It appears that setting the access to “guest” sets off an error. If I want anyone to be able to access the page what should I set this to?
