Hi Tanvir,

Unfortunately, we still having issues importing bulk files in the download manager. I have all the files imported into the site as you recommended. OK. I will take your word. When the links are used, the PDFS open into a new window where you can choose to download or not. Without them, the download happens automatically. Can we have it where it opens in a new window first?

I have done some exploring. It appears that setting the access to “guest” sets off an error. If I want anyone to be able to access the page what should I set this to?

Yes, I have done that. The other imports on the same sheet came through just fine. I am wondering why the one specifically did not. Are there characters or something that would effect the import?
