No worry, you don’t have to change form plugin, entries are showing from wpdm form lock now after changing form submission setting to ajax.

I’m not seeing any js error now and downloads are working fine.

#1. Toggle + signup is not possible for now, but users can remove files from the file cart page.
#2. Please contact your server/hosting support to enable zLib, the library is require to create zip file when someone tries to download multie file package.
