@officeaasoftro, I just checked email history, the problem was with your theme, that was conflicting with plugin and support team adjusted it. With any slandered theme every feature of wpdm pro is working great actually 🙂 .

I just checked your packaged “September 2013” ( ID: 93 ), I see the files you attached here is now missing from server, but “November 2013 ” is working fine
