for changing page template you can now use plugin like http://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-post-type-page-template/
#1) I meant ti could happen for your theme css
#2) then I need to check it in your installation
#3) there are no category template, you can use link template for categories, you need to check previews by settings different template for category short-code in a page
#7) remove [thumb] tag from page template or create new page template without [thumb] tag

actually wpdm pro don’t cut file name, it should be as it is, but if same file exists then it simply add a prefix with file name.

no, actually, we had to change it as earlier we were using data table and when there are 1000s of packages, it hangs. anyhow same for table using datatable js coming with next update of extended short-code add-on

[download_link btn btn-large] will not work anymore with wpdm v4, use only [download_link] and if you want use image for download button, you can use this add-on http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-image-button/

use [file_list] with link template and enable individual download, for example:

copy the above code and create a link template with this. use the link template for any package.

you can download v4 from your order details page and steps are simply, delete wpdm pro v4.0.0.rc2 and install v4 stanble, thats all 🙂

duplicate only will come if you import same package twice. but you can delete all and import all again or simply delete duplicate imports.
