yes, in 4.0.2, we were using bootstrap 3 and there some styles are dropped. anyhow we are working on some new styles, will be available soon

@michaelt, actually we have recoded almost everything in v4, though some features looks like missing, but in most case they are not required anymore as v4 using custom post type. anyhow as I see, users still looking for those and so I’m adding all those again in v4.0.2, which is coming tomorrow.
1. docs are mostly ready ( http://newlook.wpdownloadmanager.com/docsfor/download-manager-pro/ ). Pushing those to live site within this weekend.
2. not another plugin, from earlier we pro has the tinymce button add-on separately, but it will not give you extra load.
3. Publish date already with custom post type. Adding expiration date agian soon.
