Download URLs like .../?wpdmdl=3221 are not usually crawlable and noindex, nofollow is only set for download contents. For now, no settings option is available for that. However, we shall add an option to control this feature in the next update.

wpdownloadmanager.com doesn’t do anything with those cookies, they are just needed to handle some wpdm functions properly in your site,

__wpdm_client <-- stores session unique browser ID for session control
__wpdm_am_cp <-- asset manager file copy status
__wpdm_fm_move <-- asset manager file move location
__wpdm_fm_copy <-- asset manager coped file name

The issue is not with wpdm, it is happening due to your cache plugins, please exclude dynamic pages ( page with parameters ) or download URL ( /?wpdmdl=* ) from the cache.

If you want all those options to work smoothly, please attach the video from the media library as a URL or use cloud storage like Amazon S3. As, when you are streaming video directly uploading from WPDM. some options may not work due to some server configurations.
