with 2.6.8 you can’t use add-ons, if you want to use free add-ons, please update to v2.7 http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wordpress-download-manager-v2-7-0/

ok now. problem was with css enque id conflict with wpdm. Anyhow now I’ve change the id in wpdm pro.
