it is actually no an error with wpdm pro. you simply need to update your facebook app, add the url in fb app settings.
1. this only happens for once for a package, from next time it use cached zip file until you change anything in your package. Other way is zipping file in your pc , then attach zipped file.
2. It keep zip file in server for cache purpose, otherwise need to create the zip everything someone tries to downlaod.
3. no such option yet, but it is in our to do list.
