the extra download link downloads all files in a single zip file and that is the actually main download link, the other download links are showing as you enabled individual download option, anyhow if you want to remove the full package download, edit/clone that template and remove [download_link] tag from there.

it will be visible to all but the users under selected role will be able to download it. anyhow, if you also want to hide package info, please select hide everything from download manager settings page.

when you already have wpdm pro and live form installed, then install this add-on http://liveform.org/download/submit-after-download/ . Now you will see new lock option “Enable Form Lock”, you will have to check the option and select a form from drop. Front-end user will see the form instead of download button and after submit the form, they will get the download.
