wpdm load some common css & js file sitewide but they are very minor and will not affect site speed.

ops, I missed placeholder text “Password” to add in lang file, adding those now for next update, after that you will be able to translate those from .po file. But “Enter Password” and “Enter Correct Password to Download” should be already in .po file.

now we have modified that section, when there are more then 15 files, then it will use old table style, but for fewer files, it will show details panel style. Ok, on next update we will add collapse option so that it looks simpler.

Please update to latest version of premium package add-on, now there you can save cart and mail that cart to customer, after checkout that cart ( complete payment ) customer will get access to download.

About style, probably your theme overriding this, but need to be adjusted from theme developer.
