wpdm has nothing to do with that actually, it is simply causing by safari’s own settings/options.

ok now, your theme was messing up inline js code.

1) Go to admin menu downloads add new
2) add package title, description and attach/upload files as many as you need
3) From package settings meta box select a page template ( Ex: Single Column Flat )
4) From package settings meta box Enable Individual Download
5) if you want to add password, select Lock Options Tab Check Password Lock Enter a password
6) Publish
