it was showing login form as you select hide everything option, anyhow I also change the code to show the login message even for that option, showing ok in your site now. However I also updated code in my side to show login message for hide everything option.
@NSpehler, actually it is not an issue with wpdm, if other plugin/theme using same variable name they can also change it, however we have scheduled to change it for next update.
it is something related with your server, probably not supporting mcrypt functions, anyhow please give me a temporary site admin login info in a private reply to check it in details.

ok, got it, please download the plugin again and update your copy, I’ve adjusted it issue and updated plugin, though didn’t change version number (4.2.1)
You should see amazon s3 in separate tab, anyhow please download v4.2.1 and s3 add-on again, in latest update all cloud storage settings moved to club storage tab
FYI: if you are selling digital items, it is better to use http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/premium-package/ , so that you don’t have to manage woo commerce separately. Also “premium- package” is specially designed for digital products with wp download manager.
