for now you can use only single table per page, anyhow we have adjusted it for next update of the plugin, so from next update you will be able to use multiple tables.
Looks like, it is just api access permission issue from amazon s3, probably need to adjust api permission from s3 account. However I tried to login to check but login info is not working.
You can use template tag [file_list_extended] or function wpdm_package_file_list_alt($package); for a file list with preview ( thumb will be shown for images, for others file type icons )
In staging site, I’m still seeing old version, please give me ftp access of staging site to install new version there. Live site login info is not working
After installing and activating the add-on & live forms, you should see form lock option under package settings lock options tab, from that option you can select a form to submit before get access to download.
need admin access, however please try deactivating other plugins or changing current theme, the issue is happening probably because of some javascript issue with your theme or other plugin.
