individual download doesn’t count by default, but you can activate it from download manager settings page Increase download count on individual file download

* Use short-code [wpdm-file-browser] in your page and that will give you the UI for front-end user
* You can control max file size and allowed file types from Admin Menu Download Settings Front-end Tab, which is already part of core plugin

those will require to edit code in template file wpdm-all-downloads.php,
you can create a dir named download-manager in your active theme dir, then copy the file in that dir, then edit it as per your need.

it is because of your theme css, somewhere they used overflow: hidden

as far as I searched, php doesn’t have a good solution for this in case of windows. So for now when you are using arabic file name, best option is removing package download button and keep only individual download button.
