Actually download limit is working fine, but if you try downloading a package repeatedly in same session, it will be counted as 1. Additionally, daily download doesn’t control the downloads in membership area.

— Yes, wpdm pro can do that, wpdm pro has very detailed stats option, from where you can check who downloaded from where and when ( if user is logged in it will track username, otherwise only IP ).

Actually it is the limit in file size, from download manager settings front-end tab you can control file types and size user uploads from front-end.

As I see, something in your installation cutting base url from icon url, wpdm doesn’t alter that url field as its designed. May I try disabling other plugins?

Personalized url means, you are here getting url for each package like regular posts, additional you can change url base slug from download manager settings. But for each file’s download url you need to enable individual file download from package settings in edit package window. And If you upload files using download manager uploaded with attach file metabox, users will not be able to download or access file directly, as download-manager-files dir is http access protected.

if chars breaks when uploading though ftp , then it is related with your ftp client.
