Yes, possible. Please download premium package add-on again and update your copy, then create a package with short-code [wpdm-pp-guest-orders] , you also need enable guest checkout and guest download from premium package settings.
Actually the download page is like this http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/purchases/ , you can remove it from index using your seo plugin. But the page is only accessible by authorized user and after login user only will be the purchased items in that page.

not the WPDM Archive Page add-on, there is another Archive page enable disable option in wpdm settings page, just disable that option.
If you set a price for a package, only people who purchased will be able to download it.

Easiest solution is, create a csv file with post id and the url
like:
ID,files 1, your-file-url-1 2, your-file-url-2 3, your-file-url-3
Now import the csv file.

You can make a password protected page Visibility option and set a price for the package. But after purchase it will return to user downloads page as you set it in premium package settings from where user can download their purchased items.
However if you want to ass a custom download button in product page, you can use template tag [customer_download_link] like this:

You can’t have individual download there, you need to go to details page for individual file download
This issues is related with your server, please show the message to sever/hosting support. They will adjust it 🙂
