PDF stamper is okay now. The error was due to a misconfiguration, font color was not set in pdf stamper settings.

Clear all old cache and configure cron to auto-clear cache periodically:

You need to configure cart page too:

1. Create a page with shortcode [wpdmpp_cart] and publish it
2. Select cart page from premium package settings, then save settings:

Yes, in that case, wpdm may not be the reason there. You may need to talk to your server/hosting support.

If you are seeing to many downloads for your public files, you may use captcha lock option for block any bot access.

WPDM already has integrated signup form. you don’t need other plugin to handle signup. Also, if you want to add additional field, you can do that using the custom field add-on:

It was because, the user role was not allowed to upload files from front-end. Okay now after allowing subscriber to upload files from front-end:

Hello, Sorry for the confusion. If you want to block downloads for the guest, you need to remove “All Visitors” from package it self or any selected category and select the roles/plans you want to allow download from “Allow Access” option.

The error is not from wpdm. You can control or customize tags/itemprops from SEO plugin or link/page template html.

The issue was due to version incompatibility in GuzzleHttp package. Please copy the folder wpdm-amazon-s3
