Hi,
I just installed the free version of Download Manager. I uploaded a file to find out how this plugin works before I purchase the Pro version. The plugin gave me a short code. I added that to a new page, but when I open that page I see this message “You are not allowed to download.”. I looked around in the settings and I could not figure out what might be wrong. All I need is that certain user groups can download certain files. They should not be able to delete, change, or upload any kind of files. I hope you guys can help me out.

Thank you

Nayeen,
Thank you for your respond. I think I figured it out. I have now another question. I can’t find where I can set the maximum file size for upload and download. Where do I find that setting?

Best
