Hi

Our setting in the backend is not clickable

When we press the button settings, we should see some customization options, but it doesn’t work. just deadclicks

Also some of the shortcodes are not working

Kindly clear your browser cache and perform a hard refresh of the settings page. Also, share the download manager version you are using.

Still not working unfortunately

i am using version: 3.3.46

I only see:

Basic
User Interface
Frontend Access
Cron taken
Privacy

When i click on it nothing happens

[wpdm_my_downloads] shortcode is related to Advanced Access Control add-on. That is why it’s not working for you

For now, there is no alternative available for wpdm_my_downloads, but users can view their download history from the history tab.

However, you can display all packages or a specific category using other shortcodes on a different page. Kindly check all the shortcodes here.

You can use the wpdm_all_packages shortcode on a separate page and redirect users to that page after they log in.
