Problem with tree view -reload page after clic on file

Today I’m trying use WPDM FREE + WPDM Extended Short-codes but i have a problem.

In a page i have used the code [wpdm_tree].

If i visit the page, I can see the folders and i can browse the folders. If i clic on a file pdf, wordpress reaload the page ma does’t open the pdf file….i see another time the page with the folders.

I use wordpress last version

Where is the problem?

I want migrate from Filebase to WPDM PRO…..

In my website i have one page with all folder (tree view) but with WPDM i have this problem

Now it seems to work after last update…..

Another questions for PRO version…..

1 – Is it possibile to change allow access to different files at the same time? In the free version I have to do it for each file.

See images, i select several file but i I can change category but i do not change allow access.

2- When i add a new file, default allow access is all visitator. If I choose a category (with different group to access), allow access is all visitors (I would like recursively update permissions of all existing child categories and files)

Is it possibile, in setting, choose not all visitator (for new file) but specific category of users?

Last question…Does WPDM PRO use an add-on to have a similar view as onedrive/google drive/dropbox?

My website is very simple, the users after login visit a single page with several folders and file……Tree view is ok but i think a view similar onedrive/googledrive is better….

Hi,

1. You can change the category or tags from post list page. But for package setting related changes you need to do it from a single package. If you want to bulk update all package you can use this addon.

2. Sorry, that’s not possible to automatically change the package allow access based on category access level.

3. Sorry, there is no addon available to design this page. But you can do custom code to redesign it.

About 3 i have seen an addon https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/file-hosting-sharing-add-on/

The users who can only download, after log in, visit the page e browse the folder for donwload the file.

I would like, to specific users, setting the folder for only download ( no sharing, no delete, no add, but only hosting for download).

If you see the images, this addon is similar dropbox but i would like , for specific group user, only download mode (no delete, no setting, no share). The user after log in can only download…

Is it possibile this with file-hosting-sharing-add-on?

Hi,

No, not possible. The purpose of that addon to public sharing of files. You can not use it to just to download files.
