Hi,
I noticed that the auto-renew option charged my account 59 USD on 26.08.2023 but when I logged into my profile on wpdownloadmanager.com I didn’t find any information about my license being active, and what is more important, I couldn’t download an invoice.
I see the annotation:
Support & Update Access: Expired May 10, 2021 8:02 am Auto Renew: 2nd cycle
In Order details:
Order Status : Expired
Renew Date: Aug 26, 2022
