I can’t able to check now with box.com because the notice it is showing while access to box.com it may require to be residing in the European Economic Area or U.K for using their services. However, if you use dropbox add-on and WPDM PRO, I can confirm you that , it will fulfill your requirement, downloading the file will work directly from your website without being redirected to dropbox.com. I found a option under package setting where i am able to see master key and there I see “Regenerate Master Key for Download” checkbox that say it is for direct download

The current version of WPDM rest api is Version1.3.3 and we are using the same
also I am not able to open plugin page to uninstall plugin
